A stunning oriental lantern showing scenes on orginal glass panels and  hung with characters  . The lantern dating around 1930 is in great condition  , we assume Japanese  but are  open to offers of interpretation . The top pagodas are painted with lacquered characters  .

This is a very unusual piece , out of the realms of the  usual verdigris or brass lanterns , it needs space around it .
