A very pretty smaller gilded brass and crystal glass antique chandelier   . French circa 1930 with 6 arms and Wired for SES E14 bulbs   The ceiling plate shown in the picture at the top  fits to the ceiling and then the chain goes between the chandelier and the plate  .
