Country House verdigris English bronze 19th C Bracket Bell

A fabulous 19th C country house English solid bronze verdigris   bracket bell   for the  front of a fairly large house , or around at the back to summon for coffee or  bring in the children  , makes an amazing sound  and so much nicer than your average door bell .   Traces of the original black paint have worn away to a beautiful verdigris patina  and the top and base have  a  patterned bronze frieze . Complete with its own bracket . Projection from the wall is  45 cms .  The  internal ringer is also bronze .
